Virtual Weight Loss Programs

We have custom packages available - No hidden fees.

All our new patients are required to complete a lab panel - Either a basic or advanced depending if you want to include Hormone Therapy. Labs are pre paid and then a lab order will be sent to Qwest Diagnostic - We do not accept insurance. 

Lab fee must be paid in advance, medications must be paid for prior to shipping. 

$99.00 deposit is required to book a provider visit which will be applied as a credit towards the program and any medications prescribed. 

No shows or cancelled appointments within 24 hours will forfeit the 99.00 fee. 

Basic Labs - $175.00
Advanced Labs - $250.00

Weight Loss Programs
Our provider visits are 175.00 which includes a virtual consult and prescribing any necessary medications - Medications are shipped to your home and are not included in the fee.
